The method of making this bread recipe is to stir all the eggs, oil, sugar, and zucchini and also sift salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder before adding to zucchini mixture and stirring in vanilla as well as adding nuts. The whole dish needs to be baked at a very high temperature (as much as 325 degrees) for an hour and then cooled for a quarter hour. The dish should be cooled prior to being frozen. This recipe should be enough for two loaves.

All you need to do is to cream the butter with sugar and add eggs and vanilla. Then add the dry ingredients and mix. Next, add the mashed bananas with nuts and sour cream. Bake the whole dish for one hour at 350 degrees and you should have a tasty new bread loaf. Enjoy!
